crownbay version: B0

With the noemgd image for crownbay, when playing video file with video player, the performance is very low. This seems related to graphics driver support. Because with emgd image for crownbay, the performance of video playing is good. The driver used for noemgd crownbay is vesa. The xorg.conf is as below:

####
Section "Device"
    Identifier "Generic VESA"
    Driver "vesa"
EndSection

Section "Monitor"
    Identifier "Generic Monitor"
    Option "DPMS"
EndSection

Section "Screen"
    Identifier "Default Screen"
    Device "Generic VESA"
    Monitor "Generic Monitor"
    DefaultDepth 24
EndSection

Section "ServerLayout"
    Identifier "Default Layout"
    Screen "Default Screen"
EndSection

Section "ServerFlags"
    Option "DontZap" "0"
    Option "AutoAddDevices" "False"
EndSection

Without the specialist graphics driver, its expected that some features such as video playback speed will be degraded. Since this is expected I'm resolving this as not a bug.
