The asyncore/asynchat package is not present in the 'python-*-manifest.inc', whereas some applications may depend on it (for example, the waitress wsgi server).

If it's not in the manifest then it goes into python-misc.

If there's a better place for it to be then please re-open saying where (or better send a patch).
