We need to notify people that Hob has been removed from the code base and will no longer be available starting from the 2.1 release. Right now, there is no component I can use to display that message: I have to use normal text, which blends with the main content and makes the message hard to spot.

I was wondering if it would be possible to create a notification component that can be added to any template. The styles could be like this:

background-color: #ffe28c;
color:#000;
border:3px solid #ffbf00;
padding:8px;
margin:8px 0 15px 0;
border-radius:4px;

Anchor tags inside the notifications could be like this:

color:#4f9df2;

And we can just underline them on hover:

text-decoration: underline;

With the above styles the notifications should like in the image attached.

I thought Belen and I added this ages ago.
