STEPS TO REPRODUCE: 
Start Toaster.
	2. Click on new project button.

	3. Enter a project name, select a release and click on create project.

	4. On "Configuration" page click on "Image recipes".

	5. Select a recipe (ex: core-image-minimal).
	6. Open recipe details page (click on desired image). 
	6. Click on "Build recipe" button for the selected recipe.

EXPECTED OUTCOME: 


        “Toaster is building “ + IMAGE RECIPE NAME + “. Package
information will be available when the build completes.” message appears in details page and the progress bar shows the build progress, and includes
the percentage of tasks completed.

ACTUAL OUTCOME:

        After pressing the "Build recipe" button from recipe details page "All builds" page is shown on screen.

The problem seems to be that the build is not started: you are brought to the project builds page, but no new build appears.

I tested this on toaster-next and it now appears to be working correctly.

This bug could well be another manifestation of the "builds in Toaster don't work" bug (bug 9252 and bug 9240), caused by the issue with XMLRPCServer.single_use, which was fixed in commit 358ba11b15f5182c4d667cf35565afc0c6ad4126.
