As developers move from SDK and eSDK it should be easy for for them to create an SDK environment with toolchain using eSDK.

Expected behavior

devtool sdk-install toolchains (need better package-group name than 'toolchains')


Observed behavior
-----------------
devtool sdk-install gcc-cross binutils-cross etc. etc. etc.

I've added a meta-extsdk-toolchain recipe which you can install via devtool sdk-install to accomplish this.
