patchtest needs to handle control+c signals so when user interrupts it, PT can exit correctly.

This is an enhacement, not affecting current code, so moving to 2.3

Production execution is done trough a cronjob, no strong need for this enhancement.

i put in verify this bug why is obsolete, and no strong need for this enhancement.
