Steps:
1. Install eSDK and setup the environment

2. Download the test source and extract it.
   $ wget http://www.ivarch.com/programs/sources/pv-1.5.3.tar.bz2
   $ tar xjf pv-1.5.3.tar.bz2 -C /tmp/

3. Add the recipe
   $ devtool add pv /tmp/pv-1.5.3

4. Build pv
   $ devtool build pv  (This command include do_package task)
   or run devtool package directly
   $ devtool package pv

5. Then run devtool package again
   $ devtool package pv

In step 5, an error occurs:
