ENVIRONMENT: genericx86-64 on MMAX64
STEPS TO REPRODUCE: 1. Download cvs project from http://ftp.gnu.org/non-gnu/cvs/source/feature/1.12.13/cvs-1.12.13.tar.bz2
2. Copy cvs tarball into sdk image
3. Extract the tarball and do "configure", "make" and "make install"
Command for running it directly:
wget http://ftp.gnu.org/non-gnu/cvs/source/feature/1.12.13/cvs-1.12.13.tar.bz2 && tar -xvf cvs-1.12.13.tar.bz2 && cd cvs-1.12.13 && ./configure && make && make install && cd ..

EXPECTED OUTCOME: cvs project could be compiled successfully
