Comment 1 Bruce Ashfield 2011-03-30 07:52:47 UTC
Who's our LTP test suite maintainer ? This doesn't look like
a kernel issue, but more than likely a test case problem (the
stack smashing almost always indicates that).

A few questions:

  - has the version of LTP changes recently.
  - does this happen on other x86 targets
  - can we disable stack smashing detection and re-run ?
Comment 2 Kunwei Tian 2011-04-18 01:14:00 UTC
I found the ltp compiled without toolchain in that test. Tester compiled the ltp of target directly on host.
If use toolchain to compile ltp of target, then every case running well.
So mark this bug resolved as invalid.

Verified it.
