There are a few duplicated code in them. Possibly also refactor image-vm.bbclass  and image-live.bbclass

I'm afraid that it is not the right time to work such a issue at the end of M3, so move it to 2.3. Now what we need to do are:
syslinux.bbclass systemd-boot.bbclass grub-efi.bbclass

And perhaps:
image-live.bbclass  image-vm.bbclass

image-vm  was removed.
