Right now we create a separate build directory per project, with the original /build directory used for the command line builds project. This is well and good, but there are a couple of things we need to do to finish the job:

* We need to move the default location of the toaster database file out of the /build directory

* We need to make sure we create the toaster-custom-images directory (where we store the custom image bb files generated by Toaster) inside each project's build directory (right now is also in the /build directory). That directory should not be shared across projects.

* We might consider creating a common folder for the things that are shared across projects: _toaster_clones, the database file and potentially the downloads and sstate-cache directories.
