do_install_ptest in openssl.inc links to ${base_libdir}/libcrypto.a but the actual file is in ${libdir}/libcrypto.a. I'm also unsure whether package dependencies really cause openssl-staticdev (which has the actual file) to be pulled in when installing openssl-ptest. Is that guaranteed?
