At least Django fixtures are well documented, and they can provide a somehow standard format for preloading configuration into the Toaster database (instead of the custom-made, hard to understand toasterconf.json). 

We should provide fixtures for the Yocto Project configuration, OpenEmbedded configuration and either Ostro or poky-tiny.
