This is different than the new bug 967, I want to be clear about that.  This bug first addressed an issue with Rootfs and Keymap unresolved. that is resolved by the fix I supplied.

Bug 967 which was reported after I fixed the keymap issue is related to ncurses
and has a different set of failed dependencies.  I want to keep these as two distinct bugs.

VERIFY it since the Keymap issue was resolved.
