yocto-bsp list fails with the following error:

[humberto@jhibarra-MOBL1 build]$ yocto-bsp list

SyntaxError: invalid syntax

Problem was added with latest changes for python3 compatibility. The "in" key word was omitted, causing this syntax error.

The commit that introduced this issue is http://git.yoctoproject.org/cgit/cgit.cgi/poky/commit/scripts/lib/bsp/engine.py?id=3af9f6b88fcc5d7fddff01595f9bcf2aba548720

Will send a patch soon.
