FYI.

This problem is also not seen for a variety of Wind River configs tested continually for the following host distos:
      - centos6_64
      - centos7_64
      - fedora22_64
      - fedora23_64
      - opensuse132_64
      - sled12_64
      - ubuntu1204_64
      - ubuntu1404_64
      - ubuntu1604_64

so it may be specific to the meta-raspebrrypi layer.

I will add this to my queue and try to reproduce it as soon as. Don't have the artifacts anymore (deactivated ptest for unblocking).

I re-added ptest and started a new build. Seems like the issue got fixed in the meanwhile.
