The current sound/pci/hda/patch_hdmi.c in the standard/intel/bxt-rebase branch lacks the v4.5-rc3-124-gd10a80d bug fix:

    ALSA: hda - hdmi_find_pcm_slot return value bug fix
    
    hdmi_find_pcm_slot return -EBUSY when not no pcm slot found,
    not -ENODEV. So the caller should compare with -EBUSY.
