Seems that it is time to consider dropping Fedora-21 support.

I filed the bug in a hurry and did not realize that Fedora-21 had already been dropped. Therefore, as discussed on the Bug Triage call, what this bug means is drop Fedora-22 and (YOCTO#9819) add Fedora-24.

We can replace Fedora22 with Fedora24 Friday July 1st. Does that sound good?
