Steps to reproduce
1. Set groff version to 1.18.1.4
PREFERRED_VERSION_groff = "1.18.1.4"
2. bitbake groff

Note that we have this older recipe for anti-GPLv3 reasons, so we can't just cherry-pick a fix from upstream unless it happened before the relicense.
