Currently patch checks are partially validated with pass/fail patches (validation patches). Not all patch checks have these, so this task is meant to complete the missing ones.

Almost all patches for selftest are done except for the ones corresponding to checks that have issues:
test_patch_upstream_status [1]
test_lic_files_chksum, the check always pass
test_python_pylint (this one doesn't have any issue, but has a lot of variants)

Series is already merged in patchtest-oe.
