"meta-intel: linux-yocto/4.4: Update SRCREVs for v4.4.14 and drm forklift" (meta-intel rev: cb6b1f3f902168782714ab84d504309f46dd2f15) broke compilation of the kernel in Ostro OS on MACHINE=intel-quark. Can you please confirm your build environment, I built both Ostro-OS and Yocto Project's Poky with Meta-intel and was not able to reproduce this
To reproduce: - checkout ostro-os master revision 9942ef6688005cf980bdfc1b438ccf94e22305c6 (updated just now, the kernel update and the workaround for it were still in testing until this morning) - remove meta-ostro/fixes/meta-intel/recipes-kernel/linux/linux-yocto_4.4.bbappend - configure for intel-quark - build linux-yocto
patch in linux-yocto updated by SRCREV update here: http://git.yoctoproject.org/cgit/cgit.cgi/meta-intel/commit/?id=9fb7eb2884e47f9e744bdbb0bf9c717a25dec30a
