Node.js is a popular JavaScript runtime environment that is becoming popular among IoT developers. We propose that Yocto Project be enhanced to better support the typical Node.js workflow. See https://wiki.yoctoproject.org/wiki/Nodejs_Workflow_Improvements for more info.

We had three remaining issue form the 10+ originally.
We can drop this tracking bug.
