Bitbake fails when trying to compile adding all the IMAGE_FSTYPES, requires udev-native.

Steps to reproduce
1. Edit conf/local.conf file, adding the following variable.
IMAGE_FSTYPES += "btrfs"

as per images types [1] and mega manual describes [2]

2. Compile a minimal image
$ bitbake core-image-minimal

Expected Result:
Should compile successfully

Actual Result:

The following error message is displayed:

ERROR: Nothing PROVIDES 'udev-native' (but virtual:native:/home/fjpedraz/Debugging/poky/meta/recipes-devtools/btrfs-tools/btrfs-tools_4.8.5.bb DEPENDS on or otherwise requires it). Close matches:
  unifdef-native
  db-native
  guile-native
ERROR: Required build target 'core-image-minimal' has no buildable providers.
Missing or unbuildable dependency chain was: ['core-image-minimal', 'btrfs-tools-native', 'udev-native']

Reopining bug as is still failing, just the error is different now:

This bug is fixed as btrfs doesn't require dev-native to build anymore.

Please, create new bug for the new issue. The issue doesn't have anything in common with this bug.
