elf failure

"elf" image compression failed 

Steps to reproduce
1. Add the following variables to "conf/local.conf"
IMAGE_FSTYPES += "elf"
2. Compile
$ bitbake core-image-minimal

Expected result:
The compilation process should be performed successfully and the generated compressed image should be at: "~/tmp/deploy/images/machine/"

Actual result:
The compilation image process failed getting the following error message:

Internal error convert_magic 00000000 != a5a5a5a5

Test done in current master and the problem is still present

It's actaully back because the binutils where updated again and the special header code needs to be fixed again.

I will be completely removing the ELF image type as it's be deprecated by the upstream coreboot.

Agree.. Test case is using all the available types defined on IMAGE_TYPES, so the ELF type should be removed, after that change the patch [1] with the test can be sent to the list.
