e.g. tune-xscale and tune-arm926ejs produce packages in armv5te feed, but one is passing -mtune=xscale and other -mtune=arm926ejs.

Similar problem reported with -mtune=corei7-avx long time ago and conclusion was that different compiler settings should be in different feed - comment 6

It also fixes few issues which are broken since last tune rework (e.g -march in tune-cortexr4.conf)
