The working plug-in for Mars.2

This ZIP archive may be unpacked somewhere and then Eclipse Installer can use this local folder to install the Yocto Eclipse Plug-in for Mars.2 release.
This is only a preliminary solution for those people how are interested to use the plug-in in Mars.2 right now as IMO there still is no official release that works for Eclipse Mars.2

Sorry, my last post (with the attachment) relates to Bug 9807, not this one. I mixed up the bugs and don't know how to delete my bad posting. (I think I can't delete it.)

Maybe someone else can move the posting to the correct position?

No need to delete it. Just copy&paste the same comment on the right bug #.

Moving to 2.3 due to eclipse plugin stabilization noted on dependencies.
