I'm working on this request. So far I'm targeting for basic recipe-creation functionality and then move from there. Can you please elaborate on what type of specs would you need?

Devtool will be integrated with CROPS around Q2 2016, so the requested recipe creation functionality must align with that integration. Currently waiting for CROPS dispatcher to be fully functional to continue design analysis.
