Mark as HIGH (P1) for the 1.5 release.

The desired model is for someone with a Windows or MacOS desktop to be able to develop systems or applications for their Yocto Project based device.

This will be done with Eclipse doing builds and debugs on a remote "machine". That machine might be the Build Appliance (ie, running on a VM on the workstation) or might be a different machine.

This functionality will be implemented with the cross platforms framework (CROPS).

Eclipse version of this will happen in 2.3. The CLI version of this is available in 2.2.

With the instructions at https://github.com/crops/docker-win-mac-docs/wiki and https://github.com/crops/poky-container I believe this is fixed.
